Welcome to R&R Rubber Molding, Inc.
R&R Rubber is a custom contract manufacturer of Elastomeric/Rubber Parts, Gaskets, Seals and O’rings for Aerospace, Industry, Commercial, Aftermarket, Military, and OEM design and specifications, using Injection, Transfer and Compression Molding Processes. R&R was founded in 1977 By Dick, Patricia and Rick Norman, with the support of many of our longstanding customers and vendors. Prior to that, Dick Norman had served the industry in the rubber materials testing, development, and parts manufacturing segments since 1948. Our steady growth and the expansion of our Processing Capabilities is a testament to the success of our customer service oriented philosophy. In 2006, Sixto Castillo III joined as a partner, combining his experience in corporate America, to the rubber industry expertise of the R&R family.
We are proud to have repeatedly earned the annual Quality System certification of the internationally recognized American Association of Railroads AAR M-1003 Quality Standards. With the added BSI certification of the ISO-9002-94 from 1998 thru 2003, we have integrated many more managerial improvements to the Quality System. The AAR M-1003 Certification, and the continued close alignment with the ISO 9002-94, ISO 9000-2000, and AS-9100 Standards, have strengthened our management practice of Measurables and Deliverables.
Aside from our Long Run Injection, Transfer, and Compression Molding processes, special initiatives such as the Fast Track Express , and the Non-Standard O’ring List have served Rapid Prototyping and Short Run needs of many clients.
